Skincare Routine


1. Make up remover (P/M)

Makeup removers are cosmetic or cleansing products that are specially designed to remove the makeup from the eyes or face w/out causing irritation. its help to maintain healthy skin, and important to ensure that makeup is completely removed at night so that your skin is able to breathe . 



2. Cleanser (AM/PM)

cleanser is a facial care product that is used to remove make-up, dead skin cells, oil, dirt, and other types of pollutants from the skin of the face. This helps to unclog pores and prevent skin conditions such as acne. A cleanser can be used as part of a skin care regimen together with a toner and moisturizer.




3. Exfoliation  (1-2 Times A week)

Exfoliation is the process of removing the dead cells on the top layer (stratum corneum) of your skin. To a lesser extent, exfoliation can help dislodge blackheads. The procedure is referred to as "exfoliation" because when a mild abrasive is used on the skin, the top layer of dead skin cells is shed or exfoliated.



4. Mask (1-2 times a week)

Face masks are the perfect skin care treatment to help you with your skin care concerns. The right face mask can help hydrate skin, remove excess oils and help improve the appearance of your pores. They're also an excellent way to help pull out impurities.


5. Toner (AM/PM)

In cosmetics, skin toner or simply toner refers to a lotion or wash designed to cleanse the skin and shrink the appearance of pores, usually used on the face.Toners can be applied to the skin in different ways: On damp cotton wool. (This is the most frequently used method.) Spraying onto the face.

Serum includes all proteins not used in blood clotting (coagulation) and all the electrolytes, antibodies, antigens, hormones, and any exogenous substances (e.g., drugs and microorganisms). ... Such convalescent serum (antiserum) is a form of immunotherapy.


8. Moisturizers

moisturizers can be used preventatively or to help restore the stratum corneum to its more normal function. There are two means in which to moisturizethe skin. Moisture can be added back into the skin or transepidermal water loss (TEWL) can be blocked or inhibited.
