Lose 5 kg in 1 month ?

Assalamualaikum and have a great day ahead!

Topic entry for today is very interesting for me and for those who really want to lose their weight. 
I've read a healthy Tips From MR. Tengku Asmadi, the main point here is you can keep on a diet without starving.

So here the 8 tips how to keep on a diet without starving!


1. Natural Morning Detox
Natural detox - Drink Plain water every after you woke up! 
- this is because your mouth contains a good bacteria that will act in helping to detox the toxin in
our body!


2. Detox Before Having your Breakfast 
 Drink Warm water with 1 inch of ginger (tapped), then soak for 2-5 minutes. Put Lemon juice or lime and 1 tablespoon of honey.
- Can help in providing the energy and can help to block the appetite so you won't crave to eat an unhealthy breakfast!



3. Eat 300 Calories or more for Breakfast!
↬Take a handful of mixed oat with low-fat milk and 3 dates (remove the seeds)and blend it. if you want to add some flavor you can put 1 tablespoon of low-fat yogurt and 1 banana then its ready to have it :) 
↬ wholemeal bread + Egg + salads (any suitable vege for you) 


4.Plain Water! 
↬drink plain water for at least 2 liters or more! or add some slice of lemon/cucumber! 
- it can help for those who have a digestive problem :)



5. Snacks Every Morning & Afternoon
↬10am-11am (2-3 dates / Green apple /papaya)
↬3pm-4pm (eat some watermelon and green apple)

6.Lunch Menu 
↬1 handful of rice + chicken/fish (must be steam/roasted/baked)
↬ Eat More Vegeterian

7.Dinner Menu 
↬Best time to have a dinner is around 6-8pm
↬Chicken soup / Mee Hoon Soup
↬ oat + Milk and raisins

8. Night Detox 
↬Mix 1 tablespoon of apple vinegar and 1 tablespoon of honey with lemon juice or lime.
-can help to get better sleep at night


and the last but not least before we end up in our daily diet routine, at least we need to do some exercise! make it as a daily routine (30-45minutes a day )
